The service

MeetingScribe provides in-browser audio transcription. The free tool runs on your device. We provide it as is, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that transcripts will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use MeetingScribe to:

• Transcribe recordings made without the consent required by law. Recording and consent laws vary by state and country, and you are responsible for compliance.
• Process audio you do not have the rights to use.
• Do anything illegal, or harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.

Your content

Your audio and the transcripts you generate are yours. Because the free tool runs on your device, we do not receive or store them. You may use your transcripts commercially.

Our content

The MeetingScribe site, name, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant you rights to our brand or code beyond using the service as intended.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetingScribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on transcription accuracy. The service is provided without warranty.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows, for example when paid features launch. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
