MeetingScribe uses as little storage as possible. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies today.

What we use now

• Essential storage needed for the site to work, such as remembering a setting during your visit.
• Your browser cache, which stores the downloaded transcription model so the tool loads faster next time. This is standard browser caching, not a tracking cookie, and it stays on your device.

What we may add later

As the product grows we may add privacy-friendly analytics and, on free pages, advertising. If we do, we will show a consent banner first and only load those scripts after you agree where consent is required. This policy will be updated to list exactly what is used.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Clearing your cache will also remove the cached transcription model, which will be downloaded again on your next transcription.
